Manchester United manager Ruben Amorim has been backed to reunite with Tottenham Hotspur star Pedro Porro next summer, according to AS.
The Red Devils recently appointed Amorim as their new head coach and he has already taken charge of one training session this week.
The Portuguese will make his United managerial debut against Ipswich Town on Sunday and there are already huge expectations on him.
Amorim is unlikely to make any significant changes to the squad in January, but reports claim that he could spend big in the summer.
He could focus on wing-backs to suit his 3-4-3 formation and AS claim that Porro could be reunited with his former Sporting CP boss.
Porro has flirted with the possibility of joining Real Madrid, but Los Blancos have no plans of meeting the £58 million price tag.
United are more than capable of doing so and Porro’s entourage believe Amorim could push the Red Devils to make a serious offer.
