The Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Kudirat Kekere-Ekun, has summoned judges involved in conflicting rulings on political matters in Rivers State.
A panel of the National Judicial Council will investigate the judges, as ordered by the CJN and the report will be submitted this week.
The panel will be led by a former Court of Appeal judge and the heads of two courts.
The CJN has also summoned the Chief Justice of the Federal High Court for questioning on Tuesday.

The summons comes after formal complaints were lodged with the council.
The Chief Justice of the Rivers State High Court will also appear before the NJC panel next week for the same purpose.
