When was the last time you praised God? How many times have you praised God since the beginning of this year? Do you know that God is supporting you? Do you know that your life is an invaluable gift from God? I want us to take a break from our busy schedules to seek the blessings of the Lord's name. We're going to use Psalm 144:1-10.
Praise the Lord, my rock, who trains my hands for battle, and my fingers for battle. One of the reasons why you should praise God, child of God, is because He is our Rock of Ages. He is our protector and protector. He not only prepares us for war, He fights all our battles and leads us to victory.
Children of God, the Lord is your loving God. He is your stronghold and stronghold. As your loving God, He will not let those who hate you prevail. He will always show you love. As your fortress and stronghold, he will always protect and support you. He will never let you be defeated!
The Lord is your deliverer and your shield; you will take refuge in Him who delivers men into my power. That is your hiding place. He will save you from the hands of your enemies and those who oppress you. He will protect you from evil attacks and evil arrows. He will subdue all those who want to subdue you.
Children of God, do you know that you are nothing before God? Psalm 144:3 declares “O Lord, what are men, that You care for them, are men that You think about them? They are like a breath; their days are like a fleeting shadow.” This is all the more reason why you should appreciate God.
Children of God, be ready to pray with the psalmist. Psalm 144:5-7 is a powerful prayer for divine intervention. You need God's intervention. You cannot fight this battle alone. Begin to pray: O Lord, “O Lord, divide your heaven, and come down; Touch the mountains, so that they release smoke. Shine lightning and scatter the enemy; Shoot your arrows and destroy them. Move your hand down from above; Deliver me, and deliver me from the deep waters, and from the hand of strangers, whose mouths are full of lies, and whose right hands are deceitful.
Children of God, as you have prayed, may God protect you from the evil powerful waters. May He deliver you from the powers of darkness and every evil pit! May God deliver you from the hands of the wicked, especially deceivers in the name of Jesus – Amen!
Psalm 144:9-10 declares, “I will sing a new song to you, O my God; I will sing praises to you with a ten-stringed harp, who gives victory to kings and who rescues his servant David from the deadly sword. Children of God, begin to sing a new son to the Lord! Start making music for the Lord! Use whatever instrument you can get your hands on and praise God.

You have to praise God because it is He who gives victory to the king. He will give you victory. As soon as you remain connected to God, you will surely be victorious! God will save you from the deadly sword as He saved His servant David. He will protect you from evil arrows. He will protect you from every evil conspiracy. God will liberate you from the secret and sea kingdoms. He will surely protect you and all will be well with you in Jesus name – Amen!
