President Bola Tinubu and minister-designates and their families have arrived at the Council Chambers in Abuja for the swearing-in.
They are sitting in the Council Chambers in the Presidential Villa and the program has started.
Other ministers and dignitaries are also on the ground for the ceremony.
However, the Federal Executive Council (FEC) meeting, which usually takes place on Monday, has now been moved to Wednesday.
On Sunday, presidential spokesman Bio Onanuga said ministerial candidates would be vetted on Monday.

“President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will swear in the new seven ministers tomorrow Monday. The ministers are Dr. Nentawe Yilawatada – Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Reduction; Muhammadu Magari Dingyadi – Minister of Labor and Employment; Bianca Odinaka Odumegwu-Ojukwu – Minister of State for Foreign Affairs,” he said.
“The others are Dr. Jumoke Oduwole – Minister of Industry, Trade and Investment (Trade and Investment), Idi Mukhtar Maiha – Minister of Livestock Development; Yusuf Abdullahi Ata – Minister of State, Housing and Urban Development and Dr. Suwaiba Saeed Ahmed – Minister of State for Education.

Last week, the Senate screened ministerial nominees days after they were appointed by President Bola Tinubu and forwarded their names to lawmakers for confirmation.
His appointment followed calls for a cabinet reshuffle due to the harsh economic environment in Nigeria.
Tinubu dismissed five ministers and nominated seven others. He also assigned new portfolios to 10 ministers.
Tinubu had appointed 48 people as ministers in August 2023, about three months after taking the oath of office.
But due to the difficult economy, the demand for cabinet changes reached a new level. Just over a year after his appointment, Tinubu heeded the demands and reshuffled his cabinet to strengthen his administration.
